Last night Obama delieverd his speech in the House of Chamber. He addressed education and clean enegry most of all. The tone for his speech wasnt as upbeat as it was last year. Ribbons were worn in honor of the tragedy in Tusan. The only thing was Obama and the Supreme Court were the only ones not wearing the ribbon. Obama also mentioned that he would like to down size the governement to make it more effiecent but that totally goes against his policy of raising the number of people employed. A lot of important people would be out of their jobs. But in the same token they have many people in the government doing the same job.
