Lindsay Lohan entered a no contest plea on Wednesday for the misdemeanor theft charge for stealing a necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store earlier this year.

Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the actress to 120 days in county jail (Lohan previously has credit for two days served). Additionally, she will required to perform 480 hours of community service and must enroll in psychological counseling – which will be monitored by the probation department.
