The actress appeared on NBC's "Today" show with co-host Meredith Vieira on Tuesday and opened up about the book, in which she also writes about her past rocky relationship with her country star mom, Naomi Judd. |

The most recent data for The Candie's Foundation that's posted online by research firm GuideStar shows compensation at $262,500 for the now-20-year-old daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee. |
NYC Green Auction Aids Four Groups; Online Auction Continues Posted: 05 Apr 2011 10:41 AM PDT A New York City benefit auction last week raised $1.4 million for four environmental groups, including the Central Park Conservancy. Christie's "The Green Auction: A Bid to Save the Earth" also will benefit Conservation International, Oceana, and the Natural Resources Defense Council. Among the celebrities attending the event last week were Salma Hayek, Ted Danson, Gayle King, Anna Wintour, Diane Kruger, Zoe Kravitz, Olivia Palermo and Sam Waterston. Rapper Nicki Minaj performed and "Saturday Night Live's" Seth Meyers hosted. An online auction (details after the jump), which runs through April 7, includes the chance to fly to Miami to meet Lady Gaga. |
